An avid fan of Philippe Park, the artist frequently walks along the 1-mile shoreline and takes many photos of this tranquil historic place. This painting is of two worlds intersecting as the Spanish moss drapes from the oak trees, creating a curtain to the window view of the moment the sun is about to rise on Old Tampa Bay.
